Supported by the Embassy of France in South Africa, Lesotho and Malawi, and launched through a partnership between Innovate Durban and Alliance Française de Durban, IndlELLa offers a 6-month intensive business development programme:
- Practical training in key areas such as financial management, marketing, operations, human resources, and innovation
- Opportunities to grow support networks, build lasting relationships, and lead positive change within your community
- A focus on personal development, confidence-building, and leadership to empower the individual behind the business
- Mentorship from established creative entrepreneurs & international masterclasses
- Flexible programming designed for real-life balance and family responsibilities
- An international, structured, and stimulating environment for both mothers and children
200 women entrepreneurs in visual arts, fashion design, textiles, cultural heritage products, digital content, and artisanal goods applied between 1 – 15 October 2025.
A cohort of 30 women start the programme in November 2025 for a duration of 6 months until end of May 2026. The training takes place both online and onsite at the Innovation Co-Lab in Cato Manor. The playgroup programme is coordinated by Kindling International and Zoë Life.
